Recently I had the honor of working with many amazing animators to work on reanimating the first episode of Danny Phantom for it's anniversary! It was a super fun project and my first time trying to produce a fully colored animation!

I can finally post this!! I did two scenes for the Danny Phantom: RePhanimated project!! But tumblr won't allow me to upload both in one post so I'll make two posts :>
It's been almost a year since I've done this animation and I'm SUPER proud of myself for accomplishing this, I learned a lot doing this. My mentor (and my boss LOL) also helped me out with this by giving me so many valuable critiques and advice! I'd like to do more stuff like this in the future, honestly! We'll see if my schedule will let me, haha

Happy Dannyversary! The rephanimated project is finally ready to go, it's been such an honor to work on this with numerous wonderful artists. I can't believe we've reached the finished line after working on this since 2023. Thank you Becca once again for all your hard work and dedication towards this huge undertaking. The YT upload is currently battling copyright issues, but it is available with a Canadian VPN.
These little guys were so fun to animate in the Undercover AU style created by @artistfingers! Especially when the comic pulls from animation with smears and doubles. I've included both and I'm excited to share the full shot at last. I've also included easter eggs with @kkachis and @ghostly-cabbage from author names, to Things that Bleed, and Something's Wrong with Danny Fenton references.

It is the #1 WORST time for me to have one billion exiting AU ideas, but it is happening regardless and who am I to deny myself.
ANYWAY, here's what I have of what I'm calling the Sailor AU, where instead of being based around ghosts and the dead, Danny Phantom(the show) is based around the ocean!
Please note I'm not exactly experienced in character design, especially about sea-based clothing and cultures(Grew up & live in a desert. :,) )
So! Here's Jazz & Jack's designs, plus some blobby ghost blurbs. I don't think the first design of Jazz that I have is something she'd really wear- Except maybe the shirt- but I was having a lot of fun with the line art pen & didn't feel like erasing all that much to draw more clothes. So! Expect a redesign in terms of Jazz's casual clothes. But! I do like how the Boat-ware outfit came out, said outfit would be the equivalent of something like a lab outfit/hazmat in the actual show.
I'm still working on nailing down Maddie & Danny's designs, not to mention Phantom. But! I am VERY exited to work on the ghost's designs, I have some very fun ideas.
As for the Fentons in general, I imagine they'd like in some kind of fucked up lighthouse on the edge of a coastal town. I haven't nailed down the time period, but I'm thinking sometime in the early 2000's or 90's.
