can i be absolutely for real for a second. i know la is expensive and we like to lol and cackle and hee haw about their overly nice homes but ๐คจ eddie you have access to a VA loan, why have you been RENTING the same house for the past eight years. and buck, respectfully, your salary is well north of $100k after being on the department for a decade. you live in a studio apartment which is neat ๐ but i argue that this should not be devastating your credit score like it is. why are both of your finances in shambles, i need us to have a family budgeting meeting before we do anything else

Chris stumbles across Eddie's teenage journal, forcing him to re-evaluate everything he ever thought he knew about his parents. -or- The second Chris saw the beat-up leather journal with โProperty of Eddie Diazโ emblazoned on the front in a somewhat childish version of his dadโs familiar scrawl, he knew that he should put it back beneath the loose floorboard where it had stayed hidden away for probably a decade and a half. No doubt placed there as a way of keeping it hidden from the prying hands of two nosy younger sisters and parents that Chris was increasingly learning could be unbearably overbearing. But he didnโt want to.
