Soft butch, chemme, and thistle femme (aka butchy femme) flags :D

[part 1] ✦ [here] ✦ [part 3]

✦ soft butch, chemme, and thistle femme androgyne / angan / angi / etc.

✦ soft butch, chemme, and thistle femme agender / agan / agie / etc.

✦ soft butch, chemme, and thistle femme neutrois / neuan / neut / etc.

✦ soft butch, chemme, and thistle femme maverique / mavan / mav / etc.

(first row are 3 stripe/colour versions, and the second row are simpler versions.)

For the names, I listed some examples for each, but you can use other terms for them too as long as they mean about the same thing (e.g. ay instead of agie, uni instead of mav, etc.).

Additionally, you can also use butchy femme in place of thistle femme, if so desired.

The bottom 3 stripes (or just the 3 horizontal stripes in some cases), are from @neopronouns' flag formats, and are for soft butch, chemme, and thistle femme respectively. Specifically, they get their colours from these soft butch, chemme, and thistle femme (butchy femme) flags.

The other top stripes are from their respective gender flags. Mainly I just used picked common ones. And for the androgyne flags, they follow the same idea as my butch, futch, and femme androgyne flags. Basically, the vertical stripes are meant to mimic the vertical stripes in the androgyne flag, and just look more unique in general. Also, the top colours for soft butch agender were edited a bit, just for contrast purposes, not to take away from any meaning. And maverique has 2 versions, the first is based on the newer version I made, the second is based on the older version I made. The first maverique version fits more with my other butch/futch/femme/etc. flags, while the simple versions fit more with the original femme/futch/butch man/woman flags they were based off of. They both mean the same thing, just use whichever one you want.

spade butch, diamond futch, heart femme
my take on butch, futch & femme, with representative symbols. the femme symbol is intended to represent a femme's love for butches, and the butch symbol is supposed to represent the reciprocation of love from butches to femmes. the futch symbol is intended to represent a vesatility, with the points of the diamond in all directions. i took a lot of inspiration from card suits :) these are all-inclusive & are not intended to be used by exclusionists or TERFS

THESE PALESTINIANS NEED URGENT HELP! πŸ‡΅πŸ‡ΈπŸ‰

Many many many Palestinians come in my asks, they need help. Their situation isn't improving much, and sadly, because of the amount of them, I cannot share all of their stories and answer individually. So I decided to make a post grouping many of them that were left in my inbox, which I will reblog often. I lack of time, but they need our time, our time and support CAN make the difference. What's 1 second taken to click a button and reblog in an entire life ?

They are VETTED.

Hi, my name is Naomi, and I’m from Texas. I’m organizing this fundraiser on behalf of my friend, Ahmed Abu Al-Rish, who is in Gaza. This fundraiser is meant to help him and his family escape the genocide.
β€œHello, my name is Ahmed, 19 years old from Gaza. I finished high school with a high average and a very good grade, and because of the genocide war on Gaza, I was deprived of enrolling in university. I had dreams and ambitions to study photographic design, but I was deprived of all of that because of the genocide war on Gaza. I was living the best days of my youth. But with the beginning of this war, I became unable to live my normal life. At least our warm house sheltered me and my family until it was bombed for the first time, that damned night. Our house has become like a ghost town. We continued to seek refuge from death there until we were besieged and displaced from our safety under fire to a tent (shelter) in the bitter cold of winter, with the lack of basic necessities of life (water pollution, high cost of living, disease, insect infestation,
‏malnutrition,
‏Difficulty of movement, overcrowding), and many other daily difficulties, especially with the significant increase in prices. This was not the first time we had to be displaced. We moved again from a tent in Rafah to another tent in Khan Yunis. I then returned to our destroyed home to repair what we could to find shelter for my family, despite not having all the basic necessities of life (destroyed sanitation infrastructure and water lines, destroying any form of life). Please help me achieve my dream of completing my academic career at university and for my family to survive this genocide and escape to a safe place. And travel ❀️❀️”

I know that many people have shared the Shehab family's old campaign, which was recently frozen by GoFundMe after raising more than €78K in donations. (See this post for information.)

They now have a NEW campaign, the link above, but because they had to start over, as of 11:30 GMT on 14 November 2024, they are only up to $1,005 CAD / $100,000 CAD.

Fahed (@fahedshehab-new) and Reem urgently need to get a new tent that will keep their children warm in the winter. (Their current tent will not.) The Shehabs have set a short-term goal of $5,055 CAD for this purpose. Right now, the family still needs at least $4,050 CAD (around $3,000 USD) to reach this short-term goal. (The odd amount is to make sure they can cover the transfer and bank fees.)

Please help!

Currently at $1055 Only $445 away to 1.5k

Thank you my friends for helping me. Please continue to donate so I can reach my goal of 5k. I need this to be able to save my children and get them to safety and live in peace. I urgently need your donations. The situation here has become very dangerous and famine is killing us. Please continue to donate.

My friends please help me reach 5k . I am only $445 away from the amount.

I'll be in hiatus til January, really sorry. College is taking all my energy and I really, really need to focus. I'll be deleting the app and coming back later. Bebye!

PCOS is an intersex variation, full stop. The reason that's controversial is that just accepting it as one undermines the gender and sex binaries.

The idea that we're just rare mutants that need to be fixed, or can be ignored for the sake of the majority, would further begin to fall apart. Recognizing people with PCOS as intersex makes it harder for them to treat people with PCOS like broken women.

Doctors treat their intersex traits as a malady that needs to be fixed. Even in the case of a cis women with PCOS and gender dysphoria or health issues, the treatment is so often laced with intersexism and coercion. There is no real choice given, and no affirmation of one's body as worthy of respect regardless of what it looks like.

This isn't unusual in the treatment of intersex people - people do try to hide from us the fact we're intersex (entirely, or by saying we have a disorder instead). But by not even considering people with PCOS under the umbrella, they prevent them from finding community with people like them, and advocating for themselves.

This is all to say, people with PCOS are not less intersex than other intersex people. They are just as intersex, and face all the scrutiny that comes with it. But more than that, they are integral to intersex liberation - and queer liberation overall. Your story as an intersex person with PCOS matters. We need you, and we want you with us.

May you find peace, community, and healing. May you find comfort and home in your body. May you find health and wellness. You are loved, and you belong - just as you are, and have yet to become.

Sincerely, a trans intersex person who doesn't know if it's PCOS or something else.
