*I walk into her office, and flop down into the chair across from her.*

“Holy crap, I could do without 2 hours of paperwork, thanks.”

*Fiona was at her desk, crunching numbers and typing away.*

"I see. And how much work did you manage to get done today so far?"

*She asked a little seriously, since she was always in work mode.*

*I make a ‘so-so’ gesture.*

“Not great, but not terrible either. Just had a lot of reports to make.”

*I lean over slightly, trying to look at her computer screen.*

“What’re you working on?”

"Well as long as you got some reports done and more than half of it done then I see no problem with that."

*Fiona's computer screen was a spread sheet of all the PM spending and finances. She was punching away on her calculator.*

"Working on all the math for our finances. Gosh we spend too much here."

*I frown at the screen.*

“Too much for a mafia, or too much in general?”

"Eh both. Mainly for the mafia."

“Yikes, that’s not good. Does the boss know?”

"No, not yet. I'll be having a meeting with him soon."

“Damn. Good luck.”

“Hey, I came to see if you have anything on any recent missions. Since, y’know, the boss caught you.”

*I smile.*

Oh well the guy who ran out the window was taken care of I assure you. Also might wanna talk to the team of guys that all look the same im not 100% sure they're not made of an ability and I don't want the boss to be paying too many people

“That’s good thinking, but I don’t frankly think he cares; as long as they’re not too costly in the long run, at least. They get the job done, they’re good enough.”

You cold out there? I know a place we could go to talk if you'd like

*I shrug.*

“Doesn’t really matter to me, you?”

“What’re you working on?”

I dont get nearly enough credit for acting way less insane than i actually am

“I’m not nearly as insane as you are in the future, but I still relate to this.”

“What, did I say something wrong??”

Oh shit my bad what the FUCK am i even saying. I misread "im not nearly as insane as you are in the future" as "you're not nearly as insane as you are in the future"

“Ohh, I see. Pfft, I mean that might also be true, who knows?”
