notes:

  • if you don’t want the links to appear, leave the links titles fields empty; same for the sidebar description.
  • you can use any font from google fonts. just enter the site, copy the name of the font you want and paste in the appropriate field.
  • dark mode colors are not directly editable from the panel. however, if you want to modify the colors, just search for /*—– dark mode —–*/.
  • decimal format only
  • if you want to use a solid background color, just set the two gradient colors to a single color.

Navigation/Tags Page 01

features

  • 6 filters for tag groups. you can add more. instructions to do so are in the code.
  • 6 built in tag groups but you can add more by following the instructions in the code.
  • gradients! you can change them to solids though if you want by following the instructions.

typical theme rules apply: like/reblog if you use, don’t steal, you can edit in any way as long as you don’t use it as a base, ect. if you have any questions, ask me and i’ll try and answer. as this is a page theme, you’ll need some knowledge of html/css to edit it but i’ve done my best to explain everything inside the code. lmk if there’s anything wrong in the code!

GIF Masterpost

A lot of people have shown an interest in adding gif effects to their edits but I know it’s hard to find nice effects just using google search (also I got a mean anon saying I was hoarding things so others wouldn’t use them- so eat crow anon). Here are a ton of links to my favorite gif overlays and a couple of other useful things.

Hello there! This is my new and (hopefully) improved tutorial on how to upload gifs for a gif pack page! Tumblr has changed in recent years when it comes to how to upload gifs and how they’re formatted (like .gifv coming in and ruining everyone’s day). People in the community have also made the shift towards more decorated and custom gif pack pages rather than strictly gif filled pages. As such, this tutorial will focus on how to prepare your gifs for those codes. Resources will be linked at the bottom!

Hey there kiddos, I’ve had a couple people ask me how I get my gif packs lined up with the gifs side by side/how I load them them into pages/how I managed to load all my gifs without screaming because there are way too damn many on one post to load properly. So here’s a nice easy guide on how to load your gifs quickly and transfer them to a sidepage where they are loaded side by side. Below the cut is a bit of a picture heavy tutorial but I assure you it’s easy, even if you don’t know a thing about HTML.
