So yeah, I'm finally writing fanfiction again, and I'm writing one for Slayers, a series that is near and dear to my heart, centered on my favorite character Naga along wh my original character Leodin.
The story is based on an original story I had tried to develop but never could quite follow through with. I'm adapting it instead into a Slayers fanfic because frankly, I don't need to worry about establishing the setting. Also, the Slayers setting is more flexible so I need not worry too much about the lore or logistics, especially since I'll be basing this more on the Slayers Special/OVA/Movies.
Even if you're not a Slayers fan and you're one of my White Knight, Red Queen readers I hope you check it out. I haven't forgotten about my crossover fic, but I'm still waiting to see where TDP and Azula in the Spirit Temple go.
