so, we're not going to talk about the unbelievable squeal/screech/ungodly sound that came out of me when I saw Glûg make another appearance. that's my boyyyyyyy!!!!! words can't even express how much I adore him, so it's always a treat seeing him, even if only for a little while! even if he isn't exactly willing to give Fuinhíril the benefit of the doubt just yet (not that I can blame him, that kind of mistrust of her kind isn't something that will go away overnight).
my insane affection for Glûg aside, though, I am still absolutely riveted, glued to the edge of my seat, waiting for the reveal on what exactly might have happened between Sauron and Fuinhíril!!!! and please, don't take that as me rushing you, or anything of the sort! it's something I absolutely love when it comes to storytelling, the gradual tension built between the readers and the character(s) because we're dying to know something that hasn't been revealed. it's the best sort of thing, to me, to be able to sit here grumbling and twitching and shaking my fist to the sky because the author hasn't gone all-in on a reveal of a mystery, just yet, and it absolutely keeps me coming back for more!
needless to say, I'm very eager to see what happens next, both for Adar and Fuinhíril, but also for what you have planned in terms of bringing Galadriel into the mix, and how she may or may not perceive Fuinhíril given she's not exactly in the same status as "prisoner." will Galadriel see Fuinhíril as having betrayed their kind? will Fuinhíril's presence make her more, or less likely to consider an alliance with Adar?
there are so many questions, and I cannot wait to see their answers!!!
