Hi, Anon!
We did estimate that orders would be shipped by April to May, but from our extended POs and other hiccups it may be delayed. If you're moving after this time, don't worry, we'll be releasing an address change form on our socials and e-mailed to everyone with a physical order so people who moved can add their new address 1-2 weeks before shipping starts.
However, I think this question may be caused by a misunderstanding on our end. (If our assumption is wrong, sorry!)

Hi Anon! Yes, you do have a chance to get the zine and merch in the future.
Once we ship out all pre orders we will open the shop one last time for leftover sales. Our leftover shop will be first come, first serve, and once something is sold out it will never be restocked.
Keep track of our socials as we will be announcing when leftovers will take place and when the shop opens!

There's no exact date. We'll release a google form once we finish getting everything asking for address changes for situations like yours.
If you plan to stay at your new address for a while and want peace of mind, contact us through our shop form with the same email you used to order and your order number with the address you want us to change the order to. We will email you back confirming we have changed it.

After we ship out pre-orders we'll be selling the remaining stock during leftover sales. Leftover sales and a countdown to them will be announced on our tumblr and twitter accounts.
Everything in the leftover sale may be B-grade (minor cosmetic imperfections) and first-come-first-serve, so once leftover inventory is sold out it is final.

Hello! If I am from Mexico and I already payed everything, do I need to pay anything extra? If yes, what happends if I don't? I payed the merch bundle

No, everyone who placed orders before doesn't need to do anything.
However, since you're in Mexico if you haven't added your Registro Federal de Contribuyentes (RFC) or Clave Única de Registro de Población (CURP) in your order note then please give us that along with your order number in our shop contact form. We need one of those in order to ship to your country.

Will you at least mark the packages as having cost less at customs forms? Hi Anon, that's a great question! Long post incoming, sorry about that.
For those who don’t want to read, the gist is that people in the EU would have had to pay VAT (often 19-23%) on customs and the admin fee regardless of where we shipped as we are not registered for the IOSS and did not charge VAT upfront (as detailed in our terms of service). The EU has a 150 euro de minimis exemption where tariffs aren’t charged, and if they were, it would be a $1.64 extra.
In the linked google doc, I go over VAT, tariffs, brokerage fees, and admin fees you will be charged. I calculated around how much you would pay in customs if you ordered from Germany at €13.11.

So does anybody need to re-order? Or are pre-orders just reopening for people in the US who maybe couldn't have afforded it with the previous shipping costs, but might be able to afford it now that they're slightly lower?
No, nobody needs to re-order. This round of pre-orders is specifically for US and Canadian buyers who couldn't afford the old shipping costs and to give us some time to find a new book manufacturer.
