This one is obvious, it's their first direct interaction on-screen in the game, and it also implies that Sans and Alphys know each other from something that they would rather keep a secret (based on the fact that Alphys gets nervous and Sans deflects with "doesn't everybody?" when questioned by Papyrus). Also, I love that Alphys knew Sans was going to make that exact joke and she said it before him... cuties

lovelovelove this dialogue because it implies sans may know about the amalgamates (theres also other stuff like the dog food that papyrus "recognizes" from sans's room, and the chips in the skelebros' fridgs that are also in the true lab).

sans talking about how alphys made mettaton out of energy drink cans (also confirming he knew her from before she became the royal scientist)
