OUUU OK TY!! so I basically just go to Pinterest and search "circle lace overlay", remove the background, and then in capcut I put it over my desired image, then the key here is the coloring! I'm an editor so I just use my coloring from my edits and put it onto the photo!!

Omg TYSM!! I use procreate but if you don't want to spend money on a drawing app I used to use ibispaint! I will say I prefer procreate tho... As for tips, just START! Don't think about it too much! References are super helpful and I def recommend using them but it's also good to practice without them so u can build confidence in ur own skills! ♡＾▽＾♡
