Steven Meeks didn’t die during Vietnam. Instead he was at every midnight screening of every Star Wars movie. He took off work the day of the movie’s release so he could be first in line for tickets.
After that he’d be first in line to get into the theatre. And my man would sprint like he was in the Olympics to get his interpretation of the best seat to watch his favorite movie franchise.
He would also most definitely invite Pitts along, but Pitts is nowhere near as enthusiastic about Star Wars as Meeks is. So, he wouldn’t always be able to make it, but that doesn’t stop Meeks. He’s there whether someone tags along or not.

Todd was smiling like a fool. “I think this means we’re friends now,” Todd said to Cameron over the phone. There was a laugh and Todd wasn’t sure why. Todd then invited him to see it, but Cameron insisted they both go in their own cars. “This is what you’re gonna do,” Cameron started. “You’re gonna wait for him across the street from the stage door. He’s going to get in your car and there will be a bouquet of flowers in the backseat—” “Flowers? Cam—” “Listen, Todd.” Cameron said sternly. “He is essentially courting you. It’s your move. You’ll drive, maybe get a bite to eat, you talk and have fun.”
God, i love Todd and Cameron's friendship. It holds a special place in my heart
