February 1970 Tantalization, or how to double your circulation at a stroke. The three consecutive spreads were printed back-to-back so you had to buy two copie to make up the complete picture. It was actually shot as three frames by Hans Feurer

If it feels unspeakable or futile to express, stop and go beneath it and give it a voice, let it speak without resisting it, or obeying the anger or shame that tries to cover it. This part of you has likely been chained down for a long time. Just listen to it. The goal is not to fix it, only to listen. You’ll know how to be there for it instinctively, it’ll often have a very young and inexperienced energy. The relief comes when it has been allowed to speak. Because it only seems futile or unspeakable, because you thought that it wanted to hurt you, when really, it just needed love and presence. Which is synonymous with integration, the way i see it.

I think of it a bit like this: imagine a stage, who you really are is the presenter with the spotlight pointed at him/her, the rest of you is in the dark of the crowd. Then call up any part of you up on stage and hand them the mic, until all parts of you are standing up there, bowing together to the parts of you that made you who you are and that are longer part of you.
