I always thought it'd be kind of funny if you had a character with treated OCD be like this for any type of magic suggestion. the evil wizard trying to get a guy to stab his friends won't get very far if that guy has already been managing random "stab your friends" thoughts his whole life. he knows that idea isn't his, and doesn't have to respond to it.
