If you want a ton of OCs that happen to be in Shadow Company, @olibird has a REALLY long doc of at least a hundred OCs, please don’t get overwhelmed by it. But their creators are also tagged in the doc, so you can find more of ShadCoblr

Edit: ALSO !! Personally, I think it helps to build up personality and how they would fit in with the other Shadows. Specific relationships can come later, but determining how they interact with the others and how they work in groups can help develop their character later on.

Coming up with a personality can make it easier to make decisions like "do they wear a mask all the time?", "How would they do missions with the team?", etc etc.

Honestly, just go wild with what you think is best. If you need info on Shadow Company or Graves specifically, I think @edenkyubiko might have more info or at least be better at explaining than me jgshd
