I’ve been seeing a lot of anti-Nazi ones, which is great, but I felt like we needed one to show our support for the Jewish community.

do not reblog this unless you mean it. I have dealt with so much anti-semitism in my life and the number of times I get it from “open-minded liberals” is disturbing. Remember this summer when the Dyke Marches banned people for having a rainbow flag with a Star of David on it? I was accused of playing my “Jew card” too much when I tried to get my shitty goy roommate to stop making Auschwitz jokes. 

Being anti-nazi does not equal support for the Jewish community. Do not claim you support Jews just because you recognize that Nazis are terrible. Surprise, we actually have more to us than the Holocaust!

If you DO support the Jewish community, reblog the crap out of this so people can feel safe!

Straight cis people will support lgbt+ people when it’s convenient to them (gay best friends, hot lesbian porn) but the second a straight guy meets a gay guy, he’s uncomfortable. Or when a straight girl meets a lesbian, she’s uncomfortable. Or when a trans person uses their correct bathroom, then they’re uncomfortable. Or when a non binary person asks them to use they/them pronouns, cis people make memes to invalidate them.

If you’re not going to support all of us at all times, then we really don’t need you.

i still catch myself having those thoughts every time i see a stereotypically attractive thin person i still catch the pit in my stomach and the lump in my throat and the tears behind my eyes forming i STILL catch my inner voice saying “i wish i was that attractive. i wish i looked like that. i wish i was thin. i wish i could have that style and actually look like that…” and i still stop myself every time and refocus i still repeat this to myself as i interrupt that rabbit hole of self hatred their beauty does not equal the absence of your own
