Hey so I know this post is humorous. I get it, I totally do.
But I wanna jump on here for other corporate people to give a glimmer of hope - I write exclusively just 30 minutes each morning before work and write 2-4 books a year. It’s possible and becomes downright simple once you get into the routine.
Before that I wrote on lunch breaks.
The hardest part of this is training your brain to go “yep this is when I get inspired” but honestly, learning to write and churn out good stuff when you’re NOT inspired is a skill that can be developed with practice, and it’s way worth it.
