Absurd things that happened in Warframe this past week:
A 19 year old reverse engineered time travel in the year 1999. All of our 1999 blorbos can now potentially show up in other content!
The 19 year old figured exactly when the Night of the Naga Drums will be, relative from now. And Figured out that a comet, that will be passing through the area "soon" will return exactly in time for the Night of the Naga Drums.
Flare figured out that the Temple warframe is so similar to them because it is them, fully transformed by the helminth strain and thousands of years later.
Also the Temple variant of the Helminth strain was taken from themselves in the future, meaning they got injected with their own DNA.
Flare will be on that comet returning to the origin system and help in the Night of the Naga Drums, although as Temple at that point.
Or in other words: The David Bowie-inspired Warframe (Pictured above) will be riding into the solar system on a comet to help overthrow a tyrannical government.
I don’t think anything ever will beat the absolute hype me and my friends felt when 1999 was just about to be released and we were still high off the excitement from playing Whispers in the Walls for the first time. When Nine Inch Nails started playing during that one cutscene my friend and I live slug react Lost Our Marbles. Every time I listen to Into The Void now I have a Pavlov reaction and immediately see Arthur Warframe Nightingale in my minds eye. Absolute peak cinema, Whispers in the Walls is the best quest in Warframe and I’m not sure anything could top it. I won’t be mad about it either. But if DE manages to one up that I’ll just go ahead and sell my soul to Steve and Rebecca myself at that point
this is how it felt
