This moment is genuiney amazing if you don't have a "but Stolas does look down on Blitz" hater bitching in your ear.

Because they can make all the "b-but Stolas does technically look down on Blitz" arguments they want, it doesn't change the fact Stolas never intentionally looked down on Blitz, so him saying this still makes sense.

It's a genuine moment from Stolas where he doesn't understand where that claim comes from, because from his perspective he's always put Blitz on a pedestal.

I don’t understand why for them this phrase is what the show is saying, and that the show is giving Stolas the right there regarding the classism, which is not completely about that. That Blitzø is being an ass like he always is when “things get serious” doesn’t immediately give Stolas awareness of everything, because why would that do it?

I feel this is more about what Stolas feels at that moment and context, and not a statement of the show. Blitzø also says a lot of made up stuff in there and they can interpret that well, but not Stolas’s words.

You know what I want to see more of? Stolitz art where Blitzo is the one wearing dresses. People seem to love portraying Stolas as the "feminine" one and Blitzo as being pretty masculine, but just saying, between the two of them....Stolas ain't the one who's literally chosen multiple times to wear dresses/cosplay/act like a woman on multiple occasions....

Welp, here goes me shamelessly posting a WIP a while ago that will probably take me another 9 -10 business months to finish. (；´∀｀)

I find that an interesting tendency in fandom. I loved also the plot of Blitzø and Fizz crossdressing in Forgot not to fall for you from glitz.

This is a vent post, but im pissed off.

Chaggie antis piss me off so bad. Saying Vaggie just treats Charlie like a daughter and that she acts stupid or childish, when she’s with Vaggie. Trying to make up reasons why they’re soooo “toxic” for each other and that she is more “mature’ when she’s with a certain other character. It’s annoying. And they make it clear that they hate Charlie, when the discussion is not about their fave ship.

Charlie didn’t have anyone who believed in her, or cared for her, before she met Vaggie.. both her mother and father abandoned her and she was alone a lot. Vaggie was there to support her, and take care of her when it was needed. Vaggie doesn’t treat Charlie as a daughter, she just shows her softness because she loves her and it’s something Charlie barely had before they met. And to say Charlie is never mature, when she’s with Vaggie or that she’s just stupid around her infuriates me bc it’s not true. Charlie is a very playful and silly person, yes, but she’s also a badass when she needs to be. And Vaggie encourages her to be more badass and not as soft like in episode four.

It’s annoying that these same people love to claim that Chaggie’s only love the ship because it’s sapphic, and that we just like the ~representation~ and Chaggie is just fan service and nothing more, when they clearly only like Charlie when she’s with their favorite male character. 😒 sorry, but the fandom on Twitter is so toxic and annoying, I had to come here and vent all this out.

This blog is HB and not much HH buuut I wanted to put my 5 cents here, as someone that has been in a long term loving relationship for a while…

All the behaviours they have are normal couple behaviours, for a couple that have been together for a while.

That Charlie acts softer and sillier around Vaggie is completely normal. Because there is trust, intimacy and a high sense of complicity. This indicates that she can be herself with zero filters around Vaggie.

These kind of behaviors start to develop between the partners when we know each other very well. You can read each other better, you know what things work to do when they are upset, and these actions might look very weird from an outsider perspective.

Is clear that when she is around other guests of the Hotel or other characters she needs to act more like an authority figure or someone that projects being competent (she is not authoritarian at all, but at least, she is basically the face of the Hotel and needs to project that).

Vaggie tries to help Charlie to reach her full potential, and she sees her as a capable person. I don’t see issues there either.

Do we need to be shown more of their relationship? Yes, but everything in that series needs that imo. It is barely starting.

You also tend to act more casual around other people, and to leave the romance and intimacy for moments that you two are alone. Because you have been together for a lot of time, so you aren’t as desperate to be super romantic all the time and other kinds of feelings start to develop too.

Like, you can criticize this show for a lot of reasons, but this one is very weird and dumb. People should take into consideration that Chaggie is an already stablished couple. They have already went through all the stages of a romantic relationship. We are seeing the relationship already developed and how their dynamic as a couple works currently.

Prince sleeps a lot

Blitz know's when Stolas is asleep, his boy's out for the count.

And knows that he can use that to give Stolas affection.

He fusses Stolas feathers, strokes his face, kisses he's cheak

And... That Stolas will stay asleep while Blitz grabs every horse plushie, from the around the flat, to snuggle around Stolas. Just incase he got lonely.

All this requires a lot of practice to know just how much you can get away with, without waking up your partner.

I think this is what that bit in Look My Way is about.

A half remembered stoke, as he dropped off to sleep. Making Stolas not sure if he dreamt of not.

Blitz has definitely spent full moons messing with a zonked out Stolas. Seeing just how much cuddly shit he could get away with.

the thing that always gets me ESPECIALLY about autistic representation in media is that we are universally portrayed as happy-go-lucky, whimsical children, completely oblivious to the fact that the world constantly judges and scorns and HATES us.

what an absolutely neurotypical view of us. Coddling themselves, getting to act like the way they treat us is fine because we don't understand that our peers dont respect us. Why would we? We're so subhuman to them, it's like asking if your cat notices you playfully insulting it.

Every autistic person I've ever met is on some level bitter and angry and TRAUMATIZED at their upbringing. Of having to go through school as the laughing stock, as the weirdo with no friends who no one wants to talk to, as the animal in the corner you can make do cheap tricks so they can experience some Simulacra of what genuine human connection is.

I finished my Barbie, Blitzø, and Fizz ABBA themed art! 🕺🏻🕺🏻🕺🏻

I have said this before, I have a headcannon that Fizz loves the musical Mamma Mia and just ABBA in general. It started with me doing art of Fizz singing Chiquitita to Blitzø after full moon/apology tour.

Then I thought of how the three besties in Mamma Mia get together as a reunion and they haven't performed since they were young. I think the only way Barb and Blitzø would ever perform again in front of people would be for Fizz. Maybe as a surprise birthday present or if they lost a bet. I would imagine Fizz would be overjoyed performing once more with his childhood friends as a reminder of the good times during the circus days. Even if it was just for one fun night.

Also yes I made them all incredibly hot. I had to. It was mandatory. How could I not?

Stolas would absolutely be losing his mind seeing Blitzø like this. Ozzie I think would just be happy crying over the wholesomeness of it all.

Enchanted Au Chapter One parts 10 to 15!

I understand that I've talked about this subject before in another post, but I just randomly thought about it again yesterday and decided that I want to rework it, as there's some details I want to add to it now that I'm thinking about it properly again.

Anyways, we all remember this scene and the covered-up portraits visible in the background in s2 e8. We all talked about how it mirrors the fact that Blitz scribbles out his face in the pictures he has at home, and I definitely agree with everyone there that it is a parallel of sorts, something else that I noticed that no one else really talked about to my knowledge was the fact that this also was likely foreshadowing some of the events of Sinsmas.

Looking at the image itself, it's pretty obvious that the main detail here is the fact that everyone within the portraits are covered up entirely, with the exception to this being Octavia, which shows that within the portraits, Octavia is alone and all by herself within the family, which bares resemblance to Octavia following the events of Sinsmas, which is the reason why I believe this was a bit of subtle foreshadowing.

During the Sinsmas episode, we see Octavia permanently cut Stolas out of her life, for now at least, which as a result, has effectively left Octavia entirely alone and by herself within the family.

Because as we know, Stella is objectively an abusive + neglectful mother towards Octavia, and do I even need to explain Andrealphus at all in regards to this topic?

Which again, effectively leaves Octavia alone and all by herself within the family following the events of Sinsmas as a result, which, as I've stated before, bares quite a bit of resemblance to what the covered-up portrait seen in s2 e8 could've also been symbolizing.

And that's without mentioning that there isn't any strong evidence within the show so far to suggest that Octavia has outside friends that she regularly communicates with as well.

In conclusion: I have presented and explained a reason why I believe the covered-up portraits seen in s2 e8 may have been subtly foreshadowing some of the events of Sinsmas.

i actually find it really fascinating that there seems to be a subset of people who watch television shows and seemingly can't handle an ounce of conflict or narrative tension or flawed people handling difficult situations imperfectly. how do you guys live like this

Seriouslyyy!!! Well, I don’t mind if people genuinely can’t handle it and they just say: this is too much for me. But I don’t like it when they start critizing everything for that precise thing because just… look for something more feel good and whimsical?

There are a lot of stories like that, and for some of us watch conflicting situations that are solved later can be cathartic.

"Stella is only there to make Stolas look better. She's not a character"

WHY do I not hear the same argument about literally ANY other antagonist???

What kinda character is Cash? Mammon? Crimson? Glitz and Glam? Andrealphus? Paimon? The cherubs, agent 1 and 2..Literally anyone...

The only antagonist that suggest running deeper than being "there to make the character look better" is Striker... He's like.. The ONE person who's talked about having a background for why he does things. The rest are just bad people or just simply on the opposite side. Like an antagonist is supposed to be. Stolas is a protagonist, Stella an antagonist. She IS there to be an obstacle to him.. As is Andre. Why does that bother so many?? That's what an antagonist is there for.

I don't even agree that Stella makes Stolas look better... His mistakes are still his own, no one in the show itself blames Stella for the way Stolas acts. She's part of how he ended up this way tho.. But like.. So is Andre and Paimon. HE doesn't even blame her for his own mistakes even if he finally stands up to her.

Cash is a reason Blitz ended up the way he did too. He's a reason as to why some of Blitz' actions are shitty. He planted the seed in Blitz that made him think he wasn't worth shit and that what happened was his fault. Why doesn't Cash only exist to make Blitz "look better" in your eyes? It's hypocritical af.

Not every character exist to have some deep dark story and every character has a purpose.. That's just how storytelling goes.. Nothing wrong with that....
