YOU CAN SEE THE ICONS OF ANONS SOMETIMES.

The way I was able to recognize several anons in one of my inboxes bc of this error. Oh my god. Guys. This isn’t supposed to happen.

Weighing in to say:

YES, I SEE THIS ON MOBILE. HOWEVER I DO **NOT** THINK IT'S SHOWING THE ANON'S REAL IDENTITY.

The profile pictures I see next to anon asks are profile pictures that belong to other, non-anon asks in my ask box also. Some info

I think the bug is the inbox INCORRECTLY attributing anons to neighboring, logged-in asks.

Which is still a bad bug! Considering it makes it look like a long-time follower of mine sent me a spam ask.

And is worse if, say, one of these was anon hate.

But it's NOT the anon's real identity. It's a neighboring ask asker's identity

So if you have anon hate in your inbox that looks like it's attributed to your dear friend, who sends you lovely asks all the time, it was Not them.

CONFIRMED THE BUG IS INCORRECT ATTRIBUTION.

Vampire makers feel their progeny's emotions. Not all of them, not all the time. But when it's heightened, when it's strong enough, those feelings bleed through.

Alexis knew that all too well. She had felt when Sam fell apart after the Inversion. She had felt when he'd fallen in love, when he was having childish fun with the Shaw Pack, when he was at peace in his mate's arms.

But now they were dead, and Alexis was drowning in his grief.

They had lived a full life, a happy life. Sam had been by their side until the very end. Loyal and patient and so deeply in love.

Alexis still raged and wondered why he couldn't have felt that for her, when she was right there, would always be right there.

But a small, tender part of her, the part that still felt something akin to love, just wanted to help him. To ease the hurt of a good man.

Sam would never want to see her, though. So all she could do was carry his pain with her from afar, and hope it was enough, even though it wasn't.

Sometime later, though not much, she awoke to find she didn't feel anything from him anymore now. Ashes in the wind.

Even in death, he'd still chosen them. For the first and last time in her undead life, Alexis wept.
