Why yes (no), I'm doing (NOT) great. I just really think Emmrich is a very sweet character and is an absolute delight. (This group of 1s and 0s made into pixels on the screen has shown me more kindness than the majority of real people ever have. It's to the point where it both brings me joy and a deep sadness, especially when I'm pretty sure I will never meet someone like him in the real world. And that's even if someone like him even exists in the first place. So, no, I am in fact not okay.) So, yes, I am okay.
(I know a lot of this seems like I'm not doing alright, but I assure you that I'm fine. This was all said as a gag, please don't take what I said seriously. 😅)

Hi if you ever find yourself in a relationship saying anything along the lines of "well I can't leave cause I would never be able to find something better than this because I'm trans/fat/aging/antisocial/unlucky" I beg of you to run. Please. You can find and build better but in order to do that you have to take the first step out the door. You do not have to endure abuse, mistreatment, or just plain incompatibility for the sake of a fraction of happiness. You don't.

I feel like this can also be applied to platonic relationships as well as romantic. So if you stay with a shitty "friend" because you don't think you can find more for xyz reason. Please don't, that person doesn't value your friendship nearly as much as you do and you can always make more friends. Better friends. And sometimes in the most unexpected places.
I've had to end plenty of friendships because I realized they didn't care about me unless I had something to offer them outside of my companionship. A friendship should never have to feel transactional and you shouldn't have to bend over backwards just to get a moment of their time. (But remember that you're not entitled to someone's time either. What I mean is that for example you shouldn't have to send 20+ texts over the course of a few weeks only to be ignored and maybe get a single text from them. Or to be ignored while they constantly chat on a mutual server your both on (they know who they are).)
You deserve friendship that doesn't come with stipulations outside of just being there for each other.
