Guy gets cold easily. Idk how that’s even possible considering he moves and talks so much. But his hands and feet are always cold. Which is probably why he gets sick easily too.

This gives him the perfect reason to mess with Honey (shocking them with his cold feet under the sheets), but also the perfect reason to cuddle up next to them.

Honey likes it too, but they’ll never admit it outright.

When Guy’s really out of it due to a cold, Honey will always be there for him, no questions asked. This is the only time they’ll proactively go and cuddle up with Guy, worry overpowering their normal cold facade. They love how he’ll lean into their touch, too tired to make a joke, and he’ll just nuzzle into them in silence. A hand on his cheek would prompt him to kiss their palm and cuddle closer to them. Holding him from behind would result in him turning around, burying his head in their chest. He gets so clingy, it makes Honey melt.

These rare moments of silence where they simply enjoy each other’s presence are one of Honey’s favourites. Minus the fact that Guy is sick, of course.

But the silence gets overwhelming sometimes, and they’re left with the voices in their head rather than the bright voice of their lover. It’s unsettling. The longer it goes on, the more restless they become.

Once Guy recovers he’ll be back to yapping and teasing Honey. Honey will roll their eyes as usual, but they’d be relieved he’s back to normal again.
