I think Scarlet should have supports with Benny and Charlotte in a Revelation AU in which her death doesn't happen. They were border patrol stationed at Cheve so there's ripe potential for tension there.
With Benny, I'd imagine she would understand his situation rather fast and see his soft side + they would like decorating stuff together. With Charlotte, whose view on Scarlet's group can be described as "Ughh these noisy rebels are making me do my job :/" the friction would last... longer.
