Why can't I upload my NSFW drawings??

I realized when I uploaded an NSFW drawing that I couldn't upload explicit sexual drawings (and that post was Immediately blocked), but if that's not it, what is NSFW? What is NSFW that is 'not' banned?

I don't understand.... Last time I checked it was okay to upload NSFW pictures, has that changed??

I don't know where the hell to post this, I'm lost!
