Hia! I've been thinking about setting up an aac for when we go non-verbal but there are so many app options. do you have any recommendations for apps to use?

First things first. If you're new to the community you might not know (and that's alright! It took me a bit to learn this stuff too), but the correct terminology would be "losing speech" or "losing words" or having a "verbal loss" episode, not "going nonverbal".
This is because you cannot "go nonverbal", being nonverbal or nonspeaking is a permanent state of not being able to talk at all.
