literally cant stop making these lmao so heres my sixth hhp remodel: buzz and coco's traditional tea shop !!

before: the exterior is kind of nice? but a bit messy. i like the idea of the forest with the weaving path but if i were to use that in a future build i think id resize the trees to give better depth. the interior has a nice vibe but its pretty plain tbh

originally buzz was living on his own but i decided to give him a roommate so hed have someone to help run the shop with him, and i chose coco because i think her look suits the aesthetic of the tea house :)

after: for the exterior i went with a completely different theme lol, a rural city/farm sort of vibe. its the same look im going for on my island atm so it made for good practice! i also set the time to early morning/sunrise bc i just think its so calm and pretty

for the interior i looked up some pictures of traditional japanese tea houses for inspo and tried to add aspects of those to my build! hopefully it shows nicely, im quite happy with the results :) i also gave buzz and coco cute little apron uniforms in green to match the colour theme <3

i also added an upper floor to use as a little flat above the tea shop for buzz and coco so they have a place to rest and sleep when the shop isnt open! i tried to make it small for a cramped apartment sort of feel which was tricky bc there were a lot of items i wanted to include 😭 had to sacrifice a few to fit it all into the space without making it any bigger but i think it def paid off !! one thing abt me is i will always love a cramped cluttered cosy little room <333

Starting a blog to document my new Animal Crossing: New Horizons island! Lately, I’ve been feeling pretty burnt out when I play, and I want to rekindle my love for the game. By keeping track of my island’s progress through this blog, I hope to stay motivated and appreciate how far it evolves over time—rather than giving up too soon.

I chose red hair for my avatar to make them stand out, but it unexpectedly tied everything together perfectly. With orange hair, oranges as my island’s native fruit, an orange airport, and even an orange-toned base outfit, everything just fell into place!

My base island residents are Tammy and Scoot which I am really happy with!! Tammy gave me a leaf umbrella recipe and Scoot gave me an ugly purple hat! :D

I ended my first day with a bunch of fish and creatures in my filled up tent while I waited for Blathers tent to be built (peep the tarantula). Won’t have this tiny place for long though cause I paid off my first of many debts to tom nook (5000 nook miles).
