something new, something to explore

Steb x f!reader

As things were starting to heat up in bed, Steb happened to have found something you hadn't shown him yet…

18+ only. smut. self-indulgent af. about 2.8k words of shameless filth. teasing and toy use. #raw sushi

Normally you’d grabbed the condom. Pulled open the drawer housing the contents within the small stand at the side of your bed and offered the wrapped contraception to him while wiggling off the rest of your clothes. Steb never had thought anything of it – not until tonight.

Okay okay okay I can’t believe I found this FINALLY a reference for a GAR Battalion Aid Station! It looks like it’s organized almost exactly like a real one! Just for some additional knowledge, the responsibilities of an Aid Station include:

  • Conducting Triage
  • Treating casualties to minimize mortality, prevent further injury, and stabilize for evacuation
  • Recording all casualties received and treated, and report them to the appropriate unit section for preparation of casualty reports.
  • Providing temporary shelter in conjunction with emergency treatment.
  • Transferring evacuees from the BAS to evacuation transportation.
  • Initiate treatment of combat stress casualties.
  • Providing personnel replacement and medical re-supply for medics

The BAS can be broken down into five internal sections, which operate as a whole:

  • Internal Security - provides perimeter security for the immediate BAS area, searches patients for weapons, munitions, and traps prior to being admitted to the triage area. Weapons are never allowed in treatment areas
  • Triage - sorts and records all incoming patients prior to entry into treatment area. Limited emergency first aid and fluid replacement may be provided here while patients are waiting to enter treatment area. Initiate and/or continue patient documentation of treatment provided in this area. Also provides comfort/ease of pain to the dying.
  • Treatment Area - usually done in tents or prefab shelters (like here!), but could be any secure area assigned by the Battalion Surgeon to treat patients. It’s where all the life saving treatment/procedures are performed as directed by the Medical Officer or Senior Medical Department Representative.
  • Evacuation Area - staging area for patients awaiting evacuation, those requiring continued monitoring or continued care. It is also the area where casualty reporting and casualty evacuation requests are made.
  • Expectant Area - area used to hold personnel with very serious injuries who are not expected to survive. Supportive medical care is provided, i.e. pain medications, and ministry and sacrament for the dying are provided appropriate for the casualties’ faith group. Maybe Jedi healers help ease troopers passing?
