Every time I script a DR It Just doesn't feel like 'it' to me and I always procrastinate shifting. Enlighten me please

if scripting feels like flossing with barbed wire, stop trying to write a screenplay and just, idk, make a pinterest board that looks like your internal organs. draw a floor plan. write a fake text from your dr best friend. assign your dr self a weirdly specific latte order. this is not the odyssey. loosen the vice grip. we are not building a government, we are lying creatively.

and the procrastination, that’s not you being lazy. that’s your brain going “i don’t wanna enter this reality you made bc it’s beige and smells like academia.” make it smell like chlorine and sunscreen and vodka. make it glittery. make it yours.

your dr is not a tax form. it is not a spreadsheet. it is not a therapist’s intake sheet. it is a rave in your prefrontal cortex

don’t wait until it feels perfect. shift with a script that’s half-finished and a brain full of lies. shift mid-sentence. shift as a bit. shift because you’re bored. shift because you saw a squirrel that reminded you of sirius black. there is no dress code for the divine xxxxxxxxx

When I tell people they can simply shift with daydreaming and they hit me with "but I daydream all the time, why haven't I shifted?"

Because you perceive it as a daydream and not a actually reality you are living and experiencing.

If you are daydreaming and you are so focused on the fact you are "not there yet" or the fact you wish to be "actually" experiencing that daydream right now is the reason why you didn't shift through the daydreaming.

Shifting doesn't take much, and telling yourself otherwise is sabotaging yourself. Realise your dr is real and take it in. Immerse yourself in your dr and simply be there and don't overthink it.

Say it with me now :

I do not need to say completely still

I do not need to be in a completely silent place and I do not need to meditate for two hours in order to enter the void state to manifest what I want or to shift to my desired reality

I can do anything I can move

I can scratch those itches

I can be in a loud place, in a loud classroom full of annoying students, in a subway, in public

I can meditate for only five minutes. I can literally just by taking deep breaths and affirm and I will shift I will enter the void state I will manifest that is how simple it is 

Telling yourself otherwise telling yourself the exact opposite of this is a limited belief. Get that out of your head. Get that shit out of your system. You can shift, you can manifest, you can enter the void state in under five minutes.

Time isn’t even a REAL THING.

dont force it, just let go.

There are people who go to sleep in one bedroom apartments and wake up in mansions. There are people who go to sleep with a body or face they hate and wake up with new ones. There are people who go to sleep hating their school life, family and friends and wake up with all of that changed. There are people who go to sleep living a life they dread and wake up with their dreams. Why not you.

You are so much more powerful than you know. You are the operant power of this reality and all the other realities. As I once said, these realities are your children, they are of the same relation to you and the same proximity. It is you running through their veins. You aren’t doing this extravagant thing by creating and shifting timelines to a new reality, you are taking your awareness and placing it in a reality that already exists.

You can leave anytime you want. In fact, top panicking and realise you’ve already left. A lot of you promised to yourselves that you would get your dream life over the break, over the weekend, over night and you panic when you don’t see anything. How many times will you do this? Stop the panic, the outerman isn’t you and sees nothing but limitations. There’s nothing to panic over because it is done and there’s nothing left to do. You wouldn’t be panicked about a cruise trip if you were there.

The words “OMG school starts on monday and i STILL haven’t been on my cruise trip, im so upset i feel like a loser” wouldn’t be uttered if you’re already on the cruise, sipping one of those cute drinks with the tiny hats. So stop panicking about wasted time when you’re already there and there’s nothing to do. Don’t get worked up over nothing, the 3d isn’t real.

All you need to do to induce pure consciousness is focus on the darkness in your eyes, set an intention to induce the state of “I AM” and make up scenarios, count, sing in your head. do whatever. Forget yourself, stop trying to relax, stop forcing it, stop looking for symptoms stop trying to immerse yourself in the feeling and let it happen naturally. You don’t force yourself into the state of awake and asleep so why is it any different with pure consciousness.

Think of yourself being in a pool, there’s two of you. One version of yourself is being let down gently into the water and the other version of yourself is letting you down. Think of a baptism type of position. When you are fully immersed in the water you are pure consciousness, and you will come out of the water as your desired self. But what you must do is let it happen naturally. You can’t push yourself underwater. You can’t drown yourself or the water won’t accept you.

Let yourself down gently. Stop trying to force yourself into pure consciousness, stop forcing the immersion or it won’t accept you. Like how if you force yourself into the state sleep you’ll just sit in bed eyes shut waiting to it to happen. It isn’t until you let go and finally give up trying that you eventually fall into the state of sleep. That’s it. Give up, give up trying and let go. Assume you’re in the water already and before you know it you’re fully immersed in that body of water.

When we say falling into the state of pure consciousness is as easy as breathing, we’re not just trying to motivate you are trick your minds into thinking it’s easy as a form of help. It’s the truth. It’s a state, that’s all it is, just as is sleep and being awake right now, think of how effortless it is to fall into between sleep and wake. That’s all pure consciousness is. Failure to do this does not exist.

You can leave anytime you want and within an instant. Assume you have mastered this simple yet beautiful art and you will have, assume you’re there already and you will be. It takes a second to flip your thoughts and begin. You don’t need a routine or a days worth of affirming or any challenge. If you believe that is a must, you don’t understand what this is.

Go, simply because you can.

YOU CAN do this, why not now? Don’t let your fear of failing and “letting yourself down” allow you to procrastinate, failure doesn’t exist.

YOU ARE YOUR ONLY BLOCKAGE, CHANGE THAT AND LET YOURSELF GO

some of you guys need to realise there is a difference between your consciousness and your brain

your consciousness is you - your awareness, your essence - but your brain is just the physical organ processing experiences in each reality. when you shift, you’re moving your consciousness into a different version of yourself, one with a different brain shaped by different life experiences. that means some things won’t feel exactly the same. your thought patterns, instincts, even personality might be different because they were formed by a different life. maybe a food you dislike here is your favorite there, or a skill you struggle with now comes naturally.

“when i first shift i’m gonna be so freaked out!” well, no. the moment you shift, your consciousness seamlessly integrates into the brain of that reality, making it feel completely natural. It won’t feel like some sudden, jarring experience; it’ll just feel like you’ve always been there, like a natural continuation of your life in that reality.

“i’m gonna be so awkward around my friends at first” nope. there’s nothing to ‘get used to’ because your brain in that reality already knows them. their mannerisms, inside jokes, and history with you will feel completely natural - just like any other day speaking to your friends.

so lets cut out all of the ‘omg i met them and they realised something was off’ or ‘omg i almost had a panic attack when i first shifted i was so shocked’ because that’s just not how it works. there’s no dramatic reveal, no awkward adjustment period. you’re simply there, living as if you always have been.

How I shifted after 4 years

This is a sideblog for obvious reasons. 2 days ago I shifted to my WR for the first time in 4 years and it felt so weird not to tell anyone so i am making this post.

I found out about shifting in 2020 like most people and have been trying pretty consistantly since. I was pretty skeptical at first but eventually warmed up to and ever since that i don’t think a day went by that i didn’t think about it.

When i shifted, I was on a break from consuming all Shifting/LOA related media. The reason for this was because i felt that i already knew everything, nothing i read was new information to me and I felt like I actually needed to discipline myself and apply what I learnt. Everytime I had a question or doubt, I realised i literally already knew the answer, but i still kept looking around for posts on reddit/tumblr/tiktok about it to “boost” my motivation and help me. At some point, i said enough is enough, i had been stagnant for 4 years doing this same old routine so i had to stop, discipline myself and apply it.

I basically went cold turkey on any LOA/Shifting content.

It was a bit difficult at first, i kept getting urges to go back to the tags and read posts about shifting bla bla , but i just kept reaffirming to myself that i had already shifted and i didn’t need to anymore. In the night, before i slept, i would think as i was in my DR. I visualised, i planned my day(even the mundane things), I talked to myself. The important things was I wasn’t doing all of this TO GET to my WR. I was already there after all. I was doing this to enjoy the feelings and really immerse myself in the moment. After doing this for like 3 days, one night I was doing the exact same thing and fell asleep. When I woke up I was in my WR.

It was literally the most euphoric feeling of my life. Nothing can ever beat it, all the time you spent persisting gets paid off in a second. My WR is really personal to me, so I won’t go into to much detail about it, its just a cozy little place where I can relax and chill out. I was there for 4 days and when I was ready to leave, I laid down to sleep in my WR and intended to wake up in my CR. It worked like a charm and I woke up here. Shifting back is just as surreal as waking up there IMO. Luckily for me, I didn’t have anything the day i shifted back so i spent the day processing what the hell had just happened. I honestly thought of telling my friend, but she genuinly would have thought i was crazy so i didn’t.

To end of the post, I am just going to end off with some tips:

  • learn the law of assumption in regards to shifting. One creator I really like is Petercawkwell on tiktok. I know he’s a bit controversial but the advice and his understanding of LOA is solid
  • Once you understand the law in regards to shifting you have apply it. Be disciplined and try not to fall into the same old habits
  • Don’t put shifting on a pedestal, I know this seems annoying but don’t see it as some big far off thing that is unacheiveable. Shifting and Manifesting are the same thing and you do it all the time.
  • Don’t overcomplicate it - its as simple as assuming and persisting in the assumption.
  • Go straight to the end - This might be an unpopular take but I see alot of tumblr talking about the void when it comes to shifting. You don’t need it. You don’t need to first manifest “pure consciousness” then use that to manifest a shift. Go straight to the end which is assuming your in your cr/dr wherever the hell it is you want to be. You don’t need to add extra steps to your desire.

Anyways, I just had to get this all out somewhere, I hope you guys like it.

#1: YOUR MINDSET IS IMPORTANT, BUT NOT HOW YOU THINK IT IS. It’s very easy to get stuck in the pressure and thinking “I need to believe 100%” or “I need to be positive 100% of the time.” Belief is important, but don’t let your doubts convince you your process is wrong. So, the “key” to making shifting feel much, much easier is to give up that unnecessary mental pressure. So embrace the uncertainty and keep on going anyway.

#2: EMBRACE THE “UGLY” FEELINGS. The fear, frustration and self-doubt are normalllll and part of the process. It’s easy to think that such feelings should be avoided, but they can actually be teach into lessons about you personally. They usually point to mental blocks or areas in which you’re not as aligned with your goal as you might have thought you were. Don’t pretend to they aren’t there, instead, allow them to be teachers.
