ppl on that post openly admitting they don't read the warnings on dark fics but expecting anyone to take their argument seriously lol ok. like you are straight up demonstrating that this is a you problem. you do not know how to cope with a world that doesn't revolve around you and cater to your sensibilities at all times. it is not other people's responsibility to act in a way that you find acceptable. no one is being harmed by fictional stories written about fictional characters on fucking tumblr dot com. what does actually harm ppl is attacking the REAL PEOPLE who write them. learn to distinguish fiction from reality or shut the fuck up i beg.

Just as he had one week ago, Dick currently stood in the small elevator cabin watching the numbers above the door light up from left to right. With his car keys in one hand and a bag of takeout in the other, he waited for the now-familiar chime of arrival to ding.

People who say that if we followed Negan from the beginning or the saviors were the main characters we would side with them is so wrong. Rick and the group aren’t saints but they do everything for a reason. Negan is a rapist who forced woman to be his wives or be killed which is coercion. Negan ordered children over ten to be slaughtered. The saviors aren’t just “villains” or misunderstood they are monsters. So is Negan. Negan having a redemption arc was the downfall of the show and is where I stopped watching. Rick and the main group have killed but they have morals. Rick would never hurt a woman and force her to sleep with him. He would never kill a ten year old boy. He wouldn’t beat someone to death that on their knees in front of their pregnant wife. He wouldn’t threaten to cut a teenagers arm off.

Dick watched the numbers above the elevator door light up one at a time. Every couple seconds, the soft glow moved one space to the right. It started with 1, 2, 3 and now landed on 67, 68, 69. Finally 70 lit up and a soft ding sounded through the cabin.

He shifted his duffel bag on his shoulder and took a deep breath. When Jason had texted him a few days ago, he made this situation sound dire.
