I love this and it makes me want to say: the healthiest version of Tony Stark I can imagine is one who knows self-improvement is always possible, but has also learned to truly feel happy with who he is in the present. He just knows there is always a way to improve, to evolve, to grow.

I say "healthiest" because, depending how you view him or write him or the point in time, I do feel he might feel like he has to improve, that he is "never enough" or he is "never doing enough". Which isn't the same as simply going "I know improvement is possible".

And yeah, I love Tony because like the person say: he gives hope that, no matter what you've done, there is always a chance to make changes, that it's never too late. He also shows that some people might be unable to accept you've evolved from who you were before, but there will always be others who can see as you are now too.
