i have a lot of thoughts on the intro scene in general, (especially regarding the recontextualization that happens each time you finish a route) but dankovsky not worrying about if a person is “real” because theyre sick and struggling and thats more important vs him having to confront his own existence as a doll (and the fact that everyone else is either a doll or just imaginary) despite having felt so intrinsically human and working so hard to save everyone he could makes me feel. a Lot. classic hd danko i love you so much please come back to us
