you’re better off just buying a steam deck than a switch 2. you don’t need a gaming pc or a pc at all. just use a steam deck. or equivalent. there’s no reason to pay all that for the switch 2 and its games, while dealing with its limited library, shovelware slop (and no review systems to learn it’s shovelware) and lack of sales
honestly it’s still insane to me nintendo are doing this are they like. blind to the fact there’s now affordable handheld pcs designed for gaming that can be docked to tvs so you can’t even say “this is where you get to play silksong on ur tv and handheld and keep your progress!” we can do that with pcs now. steam deck exists. rog ally exists. etc

450 for a console is a price id be willing to put savings towards to get eventually in theory. but if the games are gonna be 80 dollars i just dont think its worth it. nintendos unparalleled levels of greed on display have turned me off beyond belief. pay money to play enhanced versions of games you already own on the new console. pay 70 for a digital game and 10 dollars more for physical. pay 80 for this digital game code so you can download the game. spend money on the tech demo. like be so fr right now
