sorry i watched the rebrand clip again and it’s sooo funny how dan says “what if we committed” and phil tries to save it by saying “by doing stuff” and dan immediately jumps in with “what if we put a ring on it” to completely kill any semblance of plausible deniability. insane work

What makes D&P so special to me is how much they define queer joy. They are out & proud and two lads having the time of their lives and there is something so revolutionary about it. It makes me look at my life, at what I'm doing and motivating me to do better, bring joy into my life

There is something so extremely powerful about seeing queer people (especially queer people older then you) live life joyously, fully, happily-- and it makes you think:

I can do that too. I can be happy. I can have joy. I can have someone who loves me like that. I can have someone who I love like that.

It's just beautiful. Them & their love for each other is beautiful. 💛💛💛

i’ve said it a million times but as a queer person it’s SO nice seeing dan embrace sex and sex jokes as a gay man who was abused horribly for being gay by peers for years. like. he doesn’t care if it makes straight people uncomfortable he is SO enjoying being openly gay and making pretty explicit jokes and i feel like over the last year he’s really let himself do and say what comes through his head.
