Nexus was built by a jealous scientist colleague of Moon who grew obsessed over the animatronic. Moon eventually finds out and goes out of his way to plant evidence linking the colleague to serious crimes of fraud and crimes in order to free Nexus. The colleague is locked up for a long time and Nexus is taken in by Sun and Moon to get on his feet and have a brand new start.

Magical Caretaker AU

How about a Y/N that takes care of magical creatures? And that somehow has attracted two higher beings that stayed ever since they appeared in your life?

Y/N: You are a magic user. Living out in the woods alone where you tend for magical creatures that need a safe place to rest themselves. Since your childhood creatures of all kind seemed to be attracted by you. If its your aura, a special skill or something else, you are not sure off. But it doesn't matter too much to you as you love animals and critters of all kind and sizes and gladly welcome them into your home.

Moon: He can talk, but most of the time he uses just short sentences or a few words. Like Sun he has taken a big liking to you. And he absolutely adores the bell and the ribbon that you gifted him. Asking you sometimes: "Cute?" just to grin more when you tell him that he looks indeed very cute with it. Even if it's already the 20th time in this week. Both Moon and Sun sometimes share a bit of their own power with you. You aren't aware that they do so. The only thing you noticed is that using your magic isn't so draining anymore and makes you less tired.

Sun: Communicates through telepathy. He doesn't use words though, but rather images. So if he is asking for an apple he will project an image of an apple into your head. He also likes to share nice moments he saw. So he might project the memory of a flower or a sunset that he saw also into your head or convey more complex thoughts or feelings this way. It's not always easy to decipher Sun's messages and while Moon could help out translating some of them, Moon usually chooses not to, just for the giggles when you misinterpret another love confession of Sun. Has Sun a mouth? ... Yes... But it's not a good sign if he shows it. And it's not like he can use it to make himself more comprehensible. So he tends to keep it shut.

Sun and Moon when angered/protective of you:

If someone was about to attack you said person or being would be in big trouble with the boys. Fun(?) fact: Sun has three tongues. Hence why everything he would try to say would sound like gibberish to you. And he has two rows of sharp teeth.

Moon's whole body becomes more distorted when he is angry. His smile drops and playtime will be over for any potential intruders that mean harm to you.

Guys, PLEASE watch the gaming episodes. Not only are they very entertaining, but they also give the VAs a much needed break from the near-constant lore episodes. Even just putting it on mute in another tab helps

Also, leave comments saying you want more games, even on the lore vids (especially on the lore vids tbh)! Besides views, comments are the best way for the higher ups to know what the viewers want to see, so don't be afraid to make some noise.

(And it HAS to be YouTube comments. The higher ups don't pay attention to the SBS discord or social media posts)
