also I saw (and i think reblogged??) a post where some Eels in a waiting office had little caves decorated like sushi where they stuck their heads out of and it took out my knees

HELLO GORGON! Ohhh, I love how moody the first piece is! Eclipse looks exhausted while he languishes in agony, and his snakes are right there with him! The pose is also very *mwah*! The next two!? With the glowing eyes and the rage?? The lovely background of half-crumbling columns wrapped in green vines? AUGH I LOVE IT SO MUCH! I can't decide if I enjoy the shadowy one or the lighter one more but both are impeccable! So many fangs and teeth <333 (I'm also looking so respectfully at the back/arm muscle, I swear!)

PFFFFT briar holding up Mihalis Simba-style is peak and I adore that Eclipse is there, but he has to turn away to let the two have their moment together. It's a little detail but I enjoy it a lot. Plus, his snakes are so curious about what's going on with briar and that fox! THE SUSHI SNAKES PFFT THAT'S ADORABLE! (Just thinking about how long it took briar to convince Eclipse to let them make his snakes into sushi rolls... pffft!)

It's so cute to see the two goobers together and show off each other's snarling teeth! That's actually perfect and the cherry on top is the snakes not being as amused hehe ALSO MIHALIS FOX! AH, I LOVE SEEING HIS OTHER FORM! AND SO BIG?! He really is just glad to piss off his dad at any given chance <3

I also really love the quote you did for the last (spoiler) piece! Seeing briar brave and firm in the decision they've already made to stay with Eclipse no matter what is lovely. The pose is submissive, but you can see in Y/N's blindfolded expression how determined they are, and I love how well you capture that moment!
