FAQ
[plain text: faq. end plain text.]
Q. What do you post about?
A. Lots of things! You'll get your garden variety tumblr posts and a smattering of personal posts along with fandom stuff. Currently the medias we reblog/post most about are:
Doctor Who, especially Classic Doctor Who
Ace Attorney, especially The Great Ace Attorney and the stage plays
House MD
Stardew Valley
As they're our current biggest media interests but there will be posts about others here and there!
We also are very much into history, especially the 19th century, and our host in particular (Addy) REALLY loves to research so you might come across posts related to that or related to its writing
Q. Do you write image descriptions for posts?
A. We try to! We don't typically have a bunch of energy and have some of our own issues with things like low contrast colors but we try to write IDs when we can
Q. Why did you reblog from (blog name)?
A. We often scroll through tags and reblog from there with only a brief check at the person's blog. If we reblog from someone questionable, please let us know!
Q. Why do you use we/us?
A. Because we're a system and that's the language we're most comfortable using. We do still use I/me at times but in general you'll see us using we/us/our pronouns
Q. Why don't you sign off on all your posts?
A. We get blurry (meaning we don't know who's fronting) very easily and trying to interrogate who exactly posts what would just stress us out and make us dissociate more so we don't sign off on reblogs and only sometimes on original posts
Q. What tags do you use?
A. Precious few. For personal posts, most tags are either elaboration post or a sign off tag. Those are usually a name followed by a file format! The only one that needs explanation is "theblur.webp" which is our personal post tag for the frequent blurriness mentioned above
Q. Do you have a collective name/pronouns?
A. Name, not really. Call us whatever you like, honestly. For pronouns, we all use it/its!
