sky, babes idk how to tell you this but i spent 2.5 of my time in undergrad as a creative writing student and the best comment that i still remember to this day is one that i got during my last year from a professor who cried because of how sad it was (i killed off a character, are we surprised?) and i’ve been craving that validation for the past five years since graduating and fortunately, i can do that here

i learned that it’s making people happy is easy. it’s when you can effectively make people tap into emotions that they don’t normally express is how you know you’ve made it as a writer. at least imo
