I love gender-funky lesbians, who don’t define their sapphic tendencies as being tied to womanhood. I love that lesbianism is so vast and expansive. I love that so many identities and so many sets of pronouns can live under the label “lesbian”. I love the commitment to self. I love the traditions we keep through history though we don’t all know each other. I love the roles that exist within lesbianism. I love that there is a home for me. With people like me. a true family. I love my fellow lesbians and dykes and sapphics. I love you.
