#and I oop -#not to be a hater but c'mon guys#like I can understand you defending the book because it spoke to you#and we can talk about the book and the story in that axis#but you cannot look me dead in the eye and tell me this book is good#like entertaining and meaningful for you? yes! tell me about your new blorbo and why you love them and how this story arc speaks to you#I am 100% about that#but like when I see you guys defend xyz as the best book and best in terms of storytelling in like the formality of storytelling#like I have to bombastic sideeye a bit#specially when I know y'all have read actual good books like not only in emotional attachment but in the craft of writing and literature.
