The new narrative now is that it’s all women’s fault.
You see, Johnny Depp isn’t an evil guy who gets the full support of other racist, violently misogynist male fascists just like him. No, no. The real villains here… are his female fans, the Deppford Wives. Women are just so ridiculous, guys, them and their loyalty to someone they believe is innocent. Men make no such mistake. The Deppford Husbands stand by him because they support his violence towards women.
The (other) real villains here are, and you’ll never guess this… liberal white feminists (don’t leave out the white part, it’ll be important later when you need to accuse all feminists of being feminazis, a very original thing to do) because white liberal feminists just aren’t feminist enough and if they were then they would have defended Amber and then she would have won somehow, and if you don’t agree with this statement you are a racist (See? See how it was useful to throw in the white part? Never forget to accuse feminists of being white and therefore racist.)
So just to reiterate reality so we don’t die from all the gaslighting, from the top: the only people who ever give a single shit about women are other women, and the only people who gave a damn about Amber Heard were women. It doesn’t matter if you call them liberal, radical or traditional… Those who showed up are feminist enough and without them no one would have shown up. Men aren’t feminist and the only ones who act like they care always have an ulterior motive. Johnny Depp and Johnny Depp alone is the one guilty of having hurt Amber Heard, and of having done so repeatedly, for many years; and those who supported him and aided and abetted him, both in real life and online, are men just like him - racist, misogynist men who like hurting women too. The people guilty in this story are not women, women aren’t the abusers here.
So, those men who aren’t busy being openly pro-Johnny Depp by standing up for him are busy infiltrating the pro-Amber Heard movement so they can divide women and turn them against each other… and there’s your ulterior motive revealed.
Women are not the problem. It’s the men who benefit from convincing them of that lie.
