This is a piece I actually drew a while ago, kind of mid art block. I just wanted to draw my Rook's and Lucanis' pajamas. For the longest time, I was unhappy with both of them, but I couldn't figure out why. I fixed Rook a little while ago by giving him his scar on his leg for lore reasons that made me excited to finish it, but I still couldn't fire out what that was. Flash forward to today, and I finally figured out how to fix him. I made him too skinny. A long time ago, the wealthy tended to be heavier since they had access to lots of finer foods and food in general. So I wanted to show that a bit in Lucanis, like a small show of wealth. He's strong all around but a lil pudgy!

Heyyy! I'm not dead! I had such a severe art block and depression episode that I hadn't picked up my iPad on months. I'm finally starting to crawl my way out of it with some smaller pieces to get me back into it. I found this expression sheet on Pinterest and figured I'd do some practice of my new favorite character, my Dragon Age Veilguard oc, Rook, or his real name. Cyrus De Riva. I absolutely adore him so much, and he's the reason I'm really want to draw again so expect to see more of this beautiful elf~!

My brain has been mush for days, but I replayed all of Danganronpa v3, and I'm hooked back in deep yall. I may not be able to think or exist that great right now, but I can come up with silly little stories for my babies 😅 No longer hate any of the characters now, I actually like everyone on v3 and my love for Shuichi and Kokichi, individually but their ship too, has skyrocketed. Fingers crossed, I'll be able to draw some of them soon :)
And, with Cyras, was sure to come his mans, Lucanis~ I know the whole Dragon Age Fandom is obsessed with him right now and I am no better, I will be wrecking this man as well as my Rook, they will be getting into numerous tickle fights. They're both mean switches, so basically, they're screwed~

Were we all waiting in baited breath? I make a new oc and sure enough, the tickle chart is soon to follow! Cyras was pretty easy, I had one thought in mind, his hips and ears, they gotta be BAD! Course the elf was gonna have crazy ticklish ears~ Lil fun fact about Cyras, his ears are super expressive, they flick when he's embarrassed or droop when he's sad. he's just a puppy~

I've been obsessed with Veilguard ever since its release, to the point I've beaten it twice now, with the same character and same romance but the second playthrough was intended to be my "canon" playthrough. So, after just beating my second playthrough today, I wanted to finish my Rook design and post them here! So meet Cyras De Riva, an Antivan Crow assassin in House De Riva. Rook is a tall, lanky elven mage who uses necromancy, preferring a mageknife over a staff. He's also nonbinary, using He/They pronouns.

Finally, I was able to pull myself away from playing Dragon Age to draw my Rook~! Meet Cyras! Get ready for some tickle content with my babies~ Soooon!!
When I tell you I'm obsessed with Dragon Age atm, I'm not joking 🤣 I beat the game in November, then got sad it was over, and immediately started playing again. Same Rook, same romance with Lucanis just a bit different. When I tell you I love Veilguard so much, I highly recommend it~ When I'm able to pull myself away from the game I'll definitely be making some art~ Been playing around with the idea of Switch!Rook and Switch!Lucanis. Love it so much! Can't wait to introduce you all to my Rook, you'll all love him, I hope at least
Alright, so I've been gone for a while again.
I'm really sorry for disappearing again with no warning. My physical health hasn't really been getting better, which has been making my mental health plummet. To say I haven't been doing good is an understatement, I feel like I have more bad days them good at this point. I'm working on it slowly, I'm trying to get out of it again.
For the time being, I'm taking a break on commissions, meaning they're officially closed, as are requests of any kind. I'm gonna try drawing again with no strings attached. I feel drawing for myself can help pull me out of this funk. To those who have ordered a commission, I will get to it, I promise, but it's gonna take a while. I'll try to get back to them quickly, but I need a break before I start resenting art again 😅
In good news, the new Dragon Age came out on Halloween, and I officially finished it today. It's probably why I came back here cause I don't have that to put all my time into anymore, lol. Luckily, that game made me want to draw again, so fingers crossed. I already have headcanons and stuff for the characters, and I can't wait to introduce you all to my Rook!
Again, I'm sorry for going on an impromptu hiatus, I'll try to post about it if it happens again so I don't leave you all in the dark. I know my heath isn't great right now, but I am trying to get thorough this no matter how much pain I'm in. Advice to anyone experiencing any pain, get it checked out quickly, cause it can and will get worse. Don't let it get worse.

Ah saiouma my obsession for almost 2 years now... (💀) Since you ask about headcanons I have the idea that kokichi would suddenly give shuichi the offer that if he feels very stressed or It's just not his day, he could help him by giving a good dose of "good tickling laughter" Shuichi rejects him embarrassed by the idea and with Kokichi saying that the offer would always be open for him, Shuichi just thinking that only a madman would accept that- but oh surprise one day when the stress of the day is too much for him with all the shame in the world he goes with Kokichi and stays like 🧍♂️🧍♂️🧍♂️ And with Kokichi just looking at him like 👀👀👀 (Sorry if it's too much I'm just obsessed with those two idiots)
HOLY SHIT NO THATS ACTUALLY AMAZING!!!! Oh, I love it so much! Just imagining poor Shuichi just stressing out one day, like real bad, until the conversation with Kokichi pops into his head and he's up before he even realizes what he's doing. And he's just at Kokichi's door with the most embarrassing blush on his face. Oh and Kokichi sly fucking smirk when he realizes what Shuichi wants! Aaaaaah, so cute!!!!! I wanna make a comic outta this one. It's so perfect. Headcanon adopted lol
