I think Wilson is my fav character because he's just as insane as House you just don't notice it because he's nicer. House will say some crazy shit like "I'm going to experiment on a pregnant woman" and Wilson is the type to go "yeah that sounds like something you'd do" then help with zero convincing needed. An entire episode where he made an enemy of a billionaire and got fired because his best buddy who commits medical malpractice every single day was being scrutinized. House could literally text him "let's quit our jobs and start an emo band" and Wilson will be at his door in ten minutes saying "this is a terrible idea" with a guitar on his back
House is the type of person to only have a 3-in-1 body wash at his place and Wilson is the type of person to have lotions and bottles full of stuff House doesn't even know the words of. So whenever they stay at eachother's place, they shower like it's their guilty pleasure and Wilson feels like a really fucking masculine guy and House lets his inner diva shine!!
thinking about how hard it mustve been for luke to understand that jedi are meant to be peacekeepers above all else bc he was a soldier. like. is the way to peace not to fight back? to win the war? did the jedi not fight a war of their own not many years before him? i think even with his choice to forfeit against the emperor (which was a strategic choice to win the fight from a certain point of view) he cant always wrap his head around it bc its not instinctual to him. a soldiers instinct is to survive. a jedis is to save.
