I'm an artist and I'm one of those dweebs that basically exclusively draws my own OCs... There's a couple fandom characters I'll probably end up adding (MOTHER 3 Squad, some Pokemon characters, etc), I'll probably add my girlfriend and my brother, but I cannot express to you how EXCITED I AM to dump all of my OCs into new Tomodachi Life just to see the chaos that will ensue.
There's one OC couple that's like, a requirement for them to get together (I always save scummed in 3DS Tomodachi just to force them together LMAO), but other than that I am very much looking forward to the potential crack ships and drama, that shit is SO much fun to me.
Let me know who you guys plan to add! I'd love to hear about your fandom characters and OCs!

I lost my mind a little bit at Rhythm Heaven, I was so so convinced that Mega Mix was gonna be the last game in the series so that threw me off, I'm really excited about it.
I'm not even gonna lie though I'm like about to fucking cry at Tomodachi Life reveal LMAOO. I cannot believe it's real and it's FINALLY happening and I'm SO thrilled, I cannot WAIT.

hello hello I'm once again asking a slightly obscure video game question! Couldn't tell you if it's more or less obscure than my Grandia 2 music question LMAO.
So. Baten Kaitos. It's on switch! After I finish Grandia 2 I was planning on getting the HD re-release because a) the originals on gamecube are Expensive and b) I don't currently have the means to play gamecube games. However, I was doing a bit of investigating on the remaster and found a lot of conflicting opinions?
For one, apparently the remaster doesn't include the english voice acting, it's all in japanese, and admittedly that does bum me out a bit because the voice acting in BK1 is laughably terrible but I loved it, it added to the charm. If I remember right, BKO's voice acting was honestly pretty good?? While unfortunate, this is not a deal breaker for me.
I also saw talk of the game having performance issues, like an uncapped frame rate causing things to stutter and things of that nature. I liked Pokemon Scarlet despite it's BLATANT performance issues, so I suppose this isn't a deal breaker for me either, depending on how bad it is...?
OKAY let's get to the point I'm rambling.
My question is: Is the Baten Kaitos HD Remaster worth getting, as a big fan of the originals? Will I enjoy the experience even with the changes made? Or is it a bad port not worth my time?
