sorry to everyone that wanted to hear about my coroika tma au yappings on here, but I think I’m going to take a break from tumblr. I don’t know how long it’ll be but idk things have been stressing me out especially with the feeling that I’m obligated to reblog every Palestine fundraiser I see (even if it looks scammy) so that’s why I’m taking a break from here. I don’t know how long the break will be but I’ll be back eventually.

On that note, if you are a Palestinian following me, I am trying my best to help but please note that I am just some high schooler without a job, and I can’t do much except reblog fundraiser posts. And even that stresses me out, seeing people suffer and feeling like I’m obligated to reblog it or I’m a bad person, you know? I’m so so sorry that I can’t do more, I only get $10 allowance a week and due to Gofundme having a minimum of $5 donations, I can only donate to 2 fundraisers a week.

During my break on here, I will not be responding to many fundraisers that I am tagged in. I’m sorry but it’s just been stressing me out so much, and it’s the main reason why I’m taking a break. I may reblog one or two fundraisers a day but I won’t be reblogging every one I see like I’ve been doing. I’m so sorry I can’t do more for Palestine but I feel like I need to take care of my mental health, especially since spring break is ending soon.

I will be pinning this post just so people know what’s going on, please don’t tag me in donation posts if you can help it.

You should write the most niche, indulgent fiction that appeals to you specifically, because it will be much more artistically authentic and valuable than corporate slop that has been focus tested to death to appeal to the widest audience possible.

Write for yourself and you will always be making authentic art that has an uncompromised vision, and you will gain an audience that appreciates that.

The thing nobody tells you is that you can just write down that one scene you've been replaying in your head with no connections to anything. You don't have to wait until the plot get there or until you come up with the rest of the story around it that makes that scene makes sense. You can just write that one scene.
