barty is one of the least sane people in hogwarts. everything he does is done to test the people around him and the school he's in.

he intentionally vandalizes the bathrooms and halls to try and get expelled. (but his father forces him back into the school)

he asks the teachers annoying rhetorical questions that make then lose their temper.

he pushes people in the halls, intentionally trying to start a fight.

but the only sane thing about barty, something that's so off about him is his disgustingly perfect handwriting.
