A Valentine’s Day Nobody Knew About
Lando Norris x Wife!Reader
The world saw Lando Norris as the young, fun-loving F1 driver, always in the spotlight, always surrounded by cameras and fans. What they didn’t know—what no one knew—was that behind the scenes, he had a secret life. A life with you. His wife. And your daughter, Aurora.
It wasn’t easy, keeping the world’s eyes away from his personal life. But for the sake of privacy, for the sake of protecting what mattered most, he had kept you both away from the cameras. And honestly? He preferred it that way. Because the moment he stepped through the front door, he wasn’t Lando Norris, the F1 driver. He was Lando Norris, the husband. The father. And today, on Valentine’s Day, he wanted nothing more than to spend the whole day with his girls.
The smell of pancakes filled the kitchen as you flipped the last one onto a plate, the sound of Aurora’s giggles echoing through the house. Lando had her perched on his shoulders, her tiny hands tangled in his curls as she tried to make his hair “pretty.”
“Daddy, you look like a princess now!” she declared proudly.
Lando shot you a playful glare as you stifled a laugh. “A princess, huh?” He carefully set her down on the floor and knelt to her level. “Well, Princess Aurora, shall we give Mommy her Valentine’s present now?”
Aurora gasped, her eyes lighting up. “Yes! Yes!” She ran toward the living room, struggling to carry the small, wrapped box they had hidden there earlier. She practically shoved it into your hands, bouncing on her feet. “Open it, open it!”
You smiled, unwrapping the gift slowly just to tease them both. Inside was a delicate gold bracelet, engraved with both Lando’s and Aurora’s initials.
“Lando…” you whispered, touched beyond words.
He grinned, rubbing the back of his neck. “I figured you deserved something special for putting up with me.”
You laughed, leaning down to kiss him softly. Aurora, of course, made a face at the affection. “Ewww!” she squealed before crawling into your lap.
Lando chuckled, wrapping an arm around both of you. “Alright, Aurora, now it’s Mommy’s turn to give me a present. Right, love?” He smirked at you knowingly.
You rolled your eyes, handing him a small envelope. “Nothing fancy, but I think you’ll like it.”
He opened it and blinked at the piece of paper inside. Then he read it again, his lips parting in shock. Slowly, he looked up at you, emotions flickering across his face.
“You’re joking,” he said, breathless.
You shook your head, smiling softly. “Nope.”
Aurora tugged on his sleeve impatiently. “What is it, Daddy?”
Lando swallowed hard, his eyes glistening as he let out a soft laugh. He turned the ultrasound picture around for her to see.
“You’re going to be a big sister, Aurora.”
Her eyes widened. “A baby? Like, a real baby?”
You nodded. “Yes, sweetheart. A real baby.”
She gasped dramatically before launching herself into Lando’s arms. “BEST. VALENTINE’S. EVER!”
Lando laughed, pulling you into the hug as well, pressing a lingering kiss to your forehead. “Yeah,” he murmured, his voice thick with emotion. “Best Valentine’s ever.”
