I tell you, there were times when I simply had to slow down and allow myself the pleasure of reading a certain line again, and again and then some more. Until the feeling that came with it sunk within and condensed onto my bones. the angst (and attempts to reconcile) is just 🤧❤️‍🩹

This fanfic just came in and swept through to the no. 1 place in my list of faves, I am so excited for part 3 skdkdkdjdkskksksksksks. And believe me when I tell you you're literally so amazing. I haven't read of a more well-thought characterization for the oc, she is so real 😪

It's like this you know, most fanfics (no offense intended to any writer, just my observation) have an oc that is either left helpless to her circumstances and simply follows through with the most obvious action or simply yields to the male lead too easy. And as a reader you don't get a single insight into her own thought process, how she sees things and how she comes to the decision she did. Writers often fail to show that - what did he/she think or feel in response to whichever circumstance that led the them to do what they did?

it's also rare to see defiance in a female oc if you get what I mean? what do you think?

And don't even get me started on Koo and his untainted devotion to oc 😩 the way he keeps calling her angel reminded me of 'Rotten Angelcake' by @inkedtae that one's a masterpiece too 🥹✨️

anyhow, I am really glad to see a self-willed female oc (T0T) I literally binge-read both part one and part 2 through my classes 😂 you should really consider adding 'addictive writing' to the warnings.

OKAY WAIT I really didn't think anyone would point that out but sooo happy that you did ahh 😭🥲 I'm also not gonna lie because at first, I really did pick the cover mostly for the aesthetic but somewhere along the way, I found another perfect one for part two and the meaning clicked. In Part one, Jungkook looking down kind of reflects where he’s at emotionally—ashamed, regretful, carrying guilt he hasn’t even fully unpacked yet. And then in Part two, he’s looking up—not because everything’s fixed, but because he’s choosing to face it now. To reach for something again. For..maybe her?

Anyways, that's totally up to anyone's interpretation 🥰🫶 And you're definitely not over analyzing. If anything I love that you guys think about the story as much as I do 😭💗💗

Ahh, yes—Jungkook has been working away from home, helping expand his family’s business ever since he left, mostly because he was trying to run from his feelings. That’s been his life for a while. But in part two, it’s mentioned that he came back into town specifically to handle the art gallery stuff, it was supposed to be temporary. But obviously after everything that's happended between him and y/n, he's not going anywhere :D

I know I said part two was probably the last thing I’d write for guilty as sin, mostly because I didn’t want to keep dragging things out and risk losing the heart of it, also there are other projects I would like to give my time to so I could share with you all. But seeing how much it still means to some of you is making me second-guess everything. What can I say?
