commissions?

hi everyone, it’s been a while❣️ i got caught up in a lot of personal matters during the last few months and wasn’t able to make and post as much art as i’d have liked to 💔

anyways, some news: i’m thinking about opening some commission slots, preferably headshots & waist-ups just to get the hang of things before fully turning it into an actual business!

i’ve been struggling with determining a career path and how to get a drawing job lately… i like making illustration and also comics, since i love and am good at storytelling.

the main difficulty is the comic/illustration industry in my area is not as in demand as other places. i can do freelance, but i want a stable position first for financial security before freelancing. also, opening commissions requires a moderate number of followers, which i’m pretty much lacking atm 😭

fellow artists/lovely people, if you have any tips for landing a remote drawing job, or career suggestions, i’d love to hear them 💥💖
