First of all, I'm assuming that the Erdtree and the Scaduetree are separated from the giant Spiraltree that existed in the past. (I'm seeing that the erdtree symbolizes 'straight line' and the Scaduetree symbolizes the rest of 'spiral')
So, since when and what origin did the Spiraltree that existed a long time ago? I was very inspired by the Shaman in Shadowlands while thinking about the origins of this very old tree.
Shaman and their descendants have the characteristics of being fused with or becoming a tree itself. (I think it's a characteristic of being fused with the animals and plants of the land.)
So I thought maybe that a Woman from the past was the first giant tree that had ever become, and she was the ancestor of the shamans. and I found her trace in Rauh.
I used to feel used to seeing her. A woman who seemed to meet somewhere
There's only a very small statue there, but it was her.(The sculpture that deals with her childhood also has almost the same hairstyle that she has become an adult.)
And a crucial hint, her head is growing with flowers and reaf that look like decorations, which I think give a hint that she's the ancestor of all the shamans
So I would argue that this Queen of Farum Azula might have been the first tree on old land.
And furthermore, I think her life was similar to Marika's. She was also the host of a god from space ("Metyr"), and she might also have been a goddess with a different personality ("Twinbird"), just like Marika, so she had a complexity that was both a symbol of life and death, and the old Elden Ring sees that as the coexistence of "straight line" and "spiral."(The spiral is the cycle of life and death/ life and eternity in a straight line.)
If she were the creator of beasts, she would understand why Beastmen were vulnerable to the control of their fingers. It was not her intended fault. Because of the influence of the mother of the fingers, "Metyr," who was parasitic on her, the fate of the Beastmen that Goddess loved became a submissive to Two Fingers. The birth of the a 'feathered, discriminated dragon' may also have been influenced by another personality, "Twinbird", which existed to the goddess (= the goddess of the dragon Lord).
The ancient dragons and their descendants fought wars to kill and kill each other, and the Beastmen were also sacrificed for complex reasons
She may have wanted to give up her mission of God because of such a tragic fate.
So she might have chosen to be a tree(Like Daphne, who wanted to run away from Apollo), and be a goddess tree and a beneficial being that enriches her world.
But her descendants, shamans, had to suffer sad fate in the distant future.
This is a summary of my theory. The old goddess of FarumAzra was Spiraltree. Her tree was a tree where life and death coexisted. For a long time, it was a sacred tree before the ErdTree era.
But her descendants were treated very harshly by horned humans, and as a tree she may have known what her descendants were going through in the distant future. So it seems she sacrificed her life to help Marika, become the goddess of a new era and make a new tree out of her flesh, the ErdTree.
Even if the gold and the shadows split apart from each other
+ It can be awkward because it translates Korean into English.(I'm not saying that Marika's body is part of Erdtree..) 🥲
My theory is that trees could be the body of the old goddess before Marika, and that erdtree is also part of the old goddess. The hypothesis is that half of the spiraltree became erdtree.
In other words, the hypothesis was that the source of all the giant trees was the old goddess.

how'd i only just notice you can see the fractures on marika's arms right at the start of the game
yesss !!! ahahah !!! yes !!!!
i would argue that this scene takes place after she shattered the Elden Ring, because she's wearing the same clothes as then
This is contrasted by how we find her, with just a waist cloth, that is Radagon's clothes ... which is interesting.
also compare the same clothing on their statues (and Radagon being depicted with blonde hair on these, for example this can be observed in Bellum Church)
Tears well up I imagine her misfortune in the past...
The more I think about what terrible things she's been through and the worst, the more sad I get
I had imagined and anticipated Marika's unfortunate life even before dlc came out. And the very unfortunate tragic past in the DLC make me crazy
A girl who loses her mother and her villagers in front of her and despair of being unable to do anything. The horrible abuse, bad things and violence that goes on again despite such sad things. The more I think she has gone through, the more I feel sad....
So want to imagine a story that he changes her sad past...
