Sheer curtains were never designed to block the sun in the mornings. Midsummer light fills the space and a particular aperture of the window allows the sun rays to hit his eyes just right—Jacob was never quite built for an early start of the day.
A small sigh resounds in the quiet room, he takes note of a minor change he can do to the room, perhaps installing some blinds instead, or any other curtain more opaque than the ones you have now.

(that’s how sunwoo planned to lay it out for eric after he got too curious over all the open tabs on the older’s laptop. turns out it only takes a spew of word vomit, a buy-one-take-one offer from the local pizzaria, and eleven story recos to recruit his roommate into the fold successfully. it hasn’t produced the same results with his other friends, but he’ll get there soon.)
