I think this is my first ask in 6 years on this website shsnfjks
I use Clip Studio Paint!! -although I prefer ToonBoom, but my computer can't really handle it. A lot of people also recommend Krita or OpenToonz, since they are free!! Feel free to experiment
Aaaand, I just started learning animation jejfnshdjs. I did some stuff in the past but it was only last month I decided to sit down to properly study it, so Im just a beginner. But I'm glad you liked it!!
There is nothing really special about that, just searching youtube videos about the basics, reading some books, using tons of references, gathering at online animation communities so ppl can critique the studies and getting together with some friends who know more abt it so we can study with each other//
If you want some recs on material to study I can gather some :)

Hello!! I did something
This is my second attempt at a walk cycle and the second time I actaully go through all the process of animation (Clean up, color, "compositing")
I'm so so proud of this!!
Halfway through I realized I should've picked an easier model (because Im a baby yet), so I kinda simplified her design in order to finish it. One day I hope to make something using the right outfit with all the details//

Pretty Pretty Please I Don't Want to be a Magical Girl
While I’d want this concept to mostly be a lighthearted comedy, since that’s more my forte, the north star (heh) of this premise would be the loss of passion for something you once loved, feeling the pressure/expectations of sticking with something that you’re “a prodigy” at and the subsequent burnout. How hard do you fight for an old passion or at what point do you just let it go? Is it even okay to give up when so many people are counting on you?
Sounds bleak but I promise I’m an optimist and that will always reflect in my work :)
